We help clients with strategic planning for large training initiatives. We look for designs, methods, and structures that will make the training more effective and the development processes more efficient.
For example, TD Ameritrade wanted to build a large library of educational content to give their customers more confidence when executing trading strategies: more confidence = more trades.
First, Senova analyzed the educational offerings of TDA's competitors and recommended ways to improve on the educational proposition. We then helped define a multi-level curriculum for traders of all skill levels. We designed and built a custom framework that provided an intuitive, consistent interface for the 6 million+ TDA customers who would have access to the library. And we put together multi-disciplined teams to develop the library content in parallel streams.
